The Easiest Mandarin Orange Sorbet Ever

If you thought that banana ice cream is the easiest ice cream ever, meet the mandarin orange sorbet.

An absolute breeze to make, this is not really a recipe but more of an idea.

Simply pop some mandarin oranges (whole) in the freezer overnight.  When you want to eat one, allow to defrost for 5 minutes and the peel will remove easily, whilst leaving the fruit inside frozen.

You will be left with little frozen mandarin orange sorbets bursting with flavour.

Just the thing for lazy summer days.
