The wonderful thing about the new year as that we can start afresh. Kick start some new healthy habits whilst learning how to introduce inspiring, quick and easy to achieve new raw food dishes to refresh and renew - whist still being warming (well, it is January!). On the menu is Bun chay noodles, pickled veg and dipping sauce, blood orange treacle tart with stem ginger ice cream and vitamin C refresher.
